One time code login is useless when you don't have access to a second device to read the email. Because the app closes the screen where you enter the code as soon as you minimise the app. All I want to do is check my account to find out why the nrma has charged my bank account $10.99, since I have not interacted with them since I paid my annual fees in September

It's a decent app, but has a major flaw: Getting an insurance quote when logged into my profile doesn't load my details, nor does it apply my discounts (multi-policy, long-term/loyal customer). It makes the quotes look more than they should be, and potentially drives customers away to other insurers.

Hi, the old app used to be great since the app has been updated, it's annoying. I have already place a ticket when I spoke to a staff member previously on the phone, I think maybe was early this year. when I was trying to make a payment, I was making it through PayPal, it kept playing a lot and the fund has been taken out of my accounts twice and it doesn't show on the app that payment was done. please do something.
