Ratings and reviews

Awful user experience. I'd rather have the old experience of paying cash for a ticket than this. You spend more time waiting on the loading screens than you do on the app itself. Going from one screen to the next, you'll be staring at the loading screen for 30 secs to 2mins like you're at a traffic light, and sometimes it takes so long you think the app is hanging. Please do something about the loading issue. We all have to use this app because there is no alternative option present

The interface is just terrible. Do the developers even use it themselves? Under the "forgot passwords" in DOB, when you scroll to the day, month and year, there are no numbers or months in all 3 scroll sections. Everything is blank. It's such a fundamental error to make, you could have spotted it with a quick test on your end.

The design is to make your life difficult, payment part take more than 8 screens to enter a swimming pool existing also need spend few minutes to scan and the scanners at the centre are not very sensitive I bought the pass , and spent more than 2 mins to find out where the pass is. it is so terrible that I always see long queue in the gantry, around 20 to 30 people standing there trying this app
