Ratings and reviews

My CellFin app was working fine. I uninstalled the apps during your crisis. After installing it, it is not getting automatic otp on the verify page. My phone is samsung s 24 and one UI 8.5. I am unable to install the app for a long time. I think it is a software bug. I humbly request the software engineer to solve this problem quickly.

Eversince June 2026, the app doesn't allow any more transactions to bkash, I can't even pay my bills, and only allows 5k to nagad, how am I supposed to pay all my bills with such little transactions??? and npsb only 10k??? and eft only 5k??? are you serious??? time to stop using it! I called customer service regarding this, they said it will be fixed within next week but it's already been a month!!!!!

Not the good app experience 😕. I don't like the white UI. Should have an option to switch to dark mode. I always receive push notifications. But when I visit in notification page in Cellfin there is no notification 🤡. and biometric only work on Fund transfer. But no biometric on mobile top up and statement download. can't connect my Mastercard don't know what is the use of virtual card. don't have Email system after fund transfer or receive 📲.
