In addition, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to in the existing app will not change, so you must delete and reinstall the app to set the access rights again to set the access rights normally.

Hello this is an Industrial Bank of Korea(IBK). When you use i-ONE bank app, it required regularly erase cash memory. Get into the i-ONE app - Settings - Erase cash data. If you can't get in to the i-ONE please delete and reinstall. Probally, When you do these steps, your app running better. Thank you for using Industrial Bank of Korea(IBK).
