We offer our customers the PBeaKK submission app as a free service. You can use it to send us your documents digitally. This means that you save postage costs, there is an application-free variant, your documents are transmitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you receive confirmations of receipt and verification directly in the app.
The "application-free" option applies to reimbursements that are requested for the insurance number registered in the app. Confirm your data again in the app. In this case, only the photos of your invoices, receipts and regulations are required for your submission.
If there are special features in your benefit or grant application - e.g. different bank details, other eligible persons - we need a signed and fully completed benefit application.
If you apply for benefits with a power of attorney for a different insurance number (app registration number is not identical to the application insurance number), please also send us a benefit or subsidy application.
In addition, you will receive a forwarding confirmation and an acknowledgment of receipt in the app. We will then check whether the documents you have photographed are complete and legible. We will notify you of the current status of each submission directly in the app - in the status overview: forwarding & storage, receipt & checking, processing start or errors.
The notifications and other documents are sent from the PBeaKK to you as a customer by letter. The processing itself is also carried out identically for app and postal documents.
Remember to photograph each page of your documents individually and completely, also pay attention to any page rows. Do not photograph multiple receipts together.
