Nowhere as good as previous years. Where to begin? The first thing to mention would be how slow the app moves from screen to screen - VERY SLUGGISH, & extremely slow to update. Next: the links to the live broadcasts. In previous years, you would be taken to the match you clicked on, but this year, you are taken to the main Watch ESPN page, where you have to navigate to the match you want. Cumbersome. Also, the app is VERY SLOW to close (that is, when you try to back out of it), & is a battery drainer (according to my battery app).
Unintuative app This app is cheap at keeping up to date with scores, completed matches and matches in progress. The schedule is dicey... Took ages on Monday morning to show Mondays schedule. The Wimbledon app puts this to shame!
Too many problems Constant issues with new content, live scores, etc. not loading. Seems like every Major app has serious issues, which I find surprising. Won't be downloading any more tournament-specific apps; easier and more reliable to simply Google "US Open", "Roland Garros", etc.
Sold to Advertisements A pitty how such an important app has sold itself to SO MANY ADDS! I'm having to withstand 16 second adds for each video I want to watch, and I watched like 20 videos! Pitty on that unless waste of time us customers have to go through.. Very uncomfortable! you need to change this immediately!
Better than last year. But not much! All works well until you try to change the draw. Beware! You need to be quick - or use 2 hands. Whatever you do, do not try to follow a live match! What a shocking app.
Another poorly designed grand slam app I'm not sure who designs these apps, but they are all bad.
