I found it a well maintained and smooth app but recently I have encountered an issue twice where the money got stuck. In one case it was a transfer and in the second case it was a package for a zong number. I called the people who activated my account numerous times but no response. They don't even bother to call back. I called the helpline, they gave me a time of 4 business days just for the activation of the package. Things do not work this way at all in this fast paced life.

I opened a JazzCash Business account to create payment links for my clients. Sadly, I cannot see any option to generate these links in the app. This is disappointing because it was my main reason for using JazzCash Business. Could you please guide me on how to enable or find the payment link feature? I want a simple way to send requests to my clients. If there is a setting or extra step needed, I would like to know. Thank you.

I am using jazzcash/jazzcash business account from last 4 years. It's awesome very sample easy smooth and fast app. Now they added more options such as Tap pay. InshAllah soon jazzcash will be the 1st position holder financial app in Pakistan
