Cannot make principal only mortgage payment I downloaded the app today because for the last 3 days the funds transfer on the website has been broken (the website sucks too). I found the app does not have the "advanced" option to schedule a principal-only mortgage payment, so I can't make the extra payment that I downloaded the app too make.
Poor interface on mobile and PC Can't access bill pay via PC on Windows 7 using any browser. Can't setup auto bill pay on mobile. Can't see scheduled bill payments which can only be done on mobile to validate duplicate payments. Check deposits from mobile never work and you get charged $40+ when they fail. Old app and site at least worked. Shopping for new bank any recommendations?
Bugs or Poor Design - Galaxy S 8.4 Take your pick. It asks for my security question answers each time. Checking the personal computer box has no effect. In addition to that annoyance part of the time you enter all the info and get to the dashboard and then click on accounts and surprise surprise you're back to the login screen. Restart after clearing data or Uninstall and install again fixes the problem. Pretty lame app.
The pits! This app continues to ask me to put in my credentials even after access has been granted. Every other month or so, I have to remove and the download again in order for it to wok properly.
Aweful For several months this app has ask for my sign in and security info, which I've been plugging, goes to the main screen and after I hit the accounts icon goes right back to the login page. This has to be the worst bank/credit union I have ever seen. Why did this bank have to buy out my original credit union? Suggestion: Don't get the app it is a waste of time. This app and this credit union are one star quality.
As others has said, it keeps asking for secret questions, etc. even though you register the device. The problem is likely due to people using multiple devices, but that's what we do in 2015. We also use wi-fi so the ISP is constantly changing. Having a mobile app that assumes you aren't mobile is silly. Also check deposit not consistent. Worked perfectly a few times. Then last time, an error implied that it didn't work because I was in a well lit area?!?? So, I moved to darker and darker rooms until I was in a room so dark I could barely see the check and that is when it took the scan. Deposit didn't go through because the check was blurry. Well, duh. It just doesn't work
