Ratings and reviews

The app is great, I've gotten a ton of value over the years, trying new products and different brands. You do have to be vigilant that the amount you're entitled to is the amount you actually get reimbursed: they don't notify you in any way when they incorrectly adjust it down. Customer support is generally good about correcting it when you reach out, but they seem to want you not to notice, which isn't a good look.

Unlike Fetch, this app you have to search for products and make sure that they're on your 'app shopping list'. It's time-consuming, but the cash to your account is nice instead of gift cards. The variety of products is good. Just remember, only buy what you will really use. It's not saving if you don't/won't use the product. And, once a receipt is scanned, if you forgot something, you can edit it to an extent, but you can not resubmit the same receipt for said forgotten items.

Even as someone who does a lot of grocery shopping, building up enough "cash back" to be able to withdraw anything (you have to have at least $20 worth before you can redeem any $) is an uphill battle, because some offers will expire if they're in there before they're withdrawn. The app is now giving me lagging issues, so I'll probably just save my time and uninstall.
