Updating my 2020 review. Overall, pleased with the app. I still make money, mostly if I make purchases I'm already making through the app (mostly Pet Smart). The in store items have gotten to be kind of a chore. Most of the time, they don't register on the receipt scan. I manually enter them, and often they still won't apply. I have to contact customer service, which usually gets me the credit, but it doesn't count towards bonuses that way. Which gets annoying when planning purchases.

I generally like this app. Who doesn't like cash back? But I don't like that you're penalized for not using it for a time. I also don't like that often I'm not credited for offers that should qualify. I frequently have to request the team review it again. It doesn't make sense most of the time, as the qualifying offers show up as soon as I scan the receipt and I double check it before submitting. Yet when the credit comes in it's commonly short for some reason.

I've been using this app for years and have liked it, but it does become redundant and lately when I'm adding the offers I get an error message and zi can't add anymore and I have to close the app out, wait and reopen it completely to try again. It can be very tedious on top of all the offers it doesn't pick up that you have to notice so you can reach out to customer service!
