The worst dispatch app I've been working with. When you pick up the customer and need to put the destination manually, the meter stays on £0.00 for the whole journey. You can't mark yourself as unavailable for the next hire until you're roughly 0.5 miles away from the destination and even if you do that, the system is still sending you follow on jobs ignoring that fact, and you're being penalised for rejecting the jobs even though you already let the system know you can't do them. Awful app

Needs updating and better service! worst taxi dispatch system money can buy. I know a few companies that pay for this system but don't use it because it shambles. I reset my phone on a daily basis because this app makes my phone slower and crashes all the time. a lot of people have issues with this and they're never resolved and in this modern world now there are so many better apps you can buy for a cheaper price!

it doesn't find any location when typing in destination, I tried all the work arounds to fix it, I have to just use the rough locations that are available in the app before I can set off. also what's with the annoying popup on the screen every time I bring it back from being minimised. I genuinely choose to drive for other operators based on how poor this app is.
