First time using and just cancelled in the end. Landed and cleared airport 35 minutes earlier than planned. App said driver was 7 minutes away but couldn't get in touch - just went to my contacts. Gave up and used other firm. Previous app much more straightforward. Would still use east coast, but will just call in future.

Do not use this company via the app. Three times their drivers have come to my address to "drive around in circles" (as seen on the live map) inflating the proce of the fair. They have a surplus charges aspect they don't include in the price. Recent journey was inflated 20% for no reason. Management in the office refuse to take calls. Contacted my card issuer to flag the increased charge as a fraudulent component. Hearing many such stories of this with east coast taxis.

half the time the app is full of lies about when the taxi will arrive. once complained to the office to be told the app doesn't always work in sync with their system. I had waited 30 minutes for a taxi it said would be 8 minutes. same again tonight. not surprised as the office staff tell fibs half the time too about timing of the taxis.
