Ratings and reviews

Be careful with this company! Absolutely unreliable and no certainty of service. They have a pre booking function but make no guarantee or effort to fulfill your request operating as usual and serving whomever but taking money of your account so you get stuck waiting. I booked my trip ahead to the airport and they were late, when I called the operator was extremely rude and dismissive saying that it's just how it is and they would get to me when they saw fit. Avoid at all costs

Multiple times I have tried to use the app (even tried different phones) and the app says "oops something went wrong" or there are no drivers in the area even though we watched half a dozen drivers pass us with no bookings. Also had price go up after booking and then go over the upper value of the trip. Phone service tends to be more reliable to get a taxi to turn up, however doesn't give you an estimate just "a 30% price increase" due to the time. Ridiculous considering they're the monopoly

Drivers are fine and I cannot fault call staff but app functionality is not the best. On 2 or 3 different occasions the app has not worked correctly. One minute telling me the booking is active and when I check a payment has been taken from my bank account app having confirmed the transaction. The next minute the active booking disappears completely. call staff have said this could be due to a "network issue". It doesn't impress.
