I would give it no stars if I could. It doesn't work. Hasn't for a looooooong time. It never finds where you are searching for then if you do manage to Actually put in where you are and where you're going they never had taxis and tell you to call!!! It's far easier just calling rather then wasting time with an app they promote so much that never works!!!

The drivers are great, but the booking team and app are terrible. They tell you a time when your taxi will be available, then your booking turns up at a different time. Very disappointed. They go to the back of the queue. Let's see if Blueline can step up

Always on time lovely staff car's always very clean in prices are reusable I've moved from North shields to South Shields Jarrow and will always keep using this service
