It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book your a car.
When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

The app itself is fine. However, the key to making it work is selecting "pay in car". Alot of the drivers won't touch a job where its not cash payment. I was told by one of the drivers last year that I shouldn't use the app because it will put somebody in the office out of a job, and I should pay cash as the drivers don't see the money for 6 weeks if they accept a card payment, and this is why when they see a "pay by card" job they Ignore it. . Bit strange but there you go.

Service no longer works and hasn't for a few months. shows plenty drivers on the map but as soon as you try to book a taxi they disappear and you get a "no drivers available" error message. please fix as this is super useful for south and east ayrshire

The home flat number on the app kept changing to 61 or 55 instead of the correct number 59. I had the home number saved in my account. If I didn't notice and change the number when I pre-booked the taxi, then it went to the wrong flat. One time my elderly neighbour came out and told the driver that he wasn't needed so he left. Another time the taxi left after waiting for 10 minutes. For the past 2 or more weeks, I noticed that my home flat number is not changing so hopefully the app is fixed.
