The app blocks Action Mode in the password field, which means you can't get to AutoFill (or Paste) by long-pressing in that field. Blocking Copy and Cut is one thing, but blocking Paste and AutoFill actively harms security. Making it harder to use a password manager encourages shorter, simpler passwords that are easier to type but less secure. Customer service can't change the app's programming. Only the developer can fix this. Please just do it.

The biggest issue is that the app uses excessive permissions such as being able to access the camera and microphone without your knowledge as well as make calls and access your location at any time without your knowledge. It's almost like they forgot to take it out of developer mode. The onboarding process is very buggy and required multiple attempts and calls to their customer service to complete. Once that's done, the app is decent though sometimes shows system unavailable messages.

Absolutely the most ridiculous experience. I attempted to become a client. However, via using the app and website on both my tablet and my smartphone, I wasn't able to complete the application due to error messages and website bugs. I spent time on the phone with their customer service at the end of the call the representative told me that because they couldn't get it to work, I couldn't be a client of the bank. I have never had a bank deny me as a client due to their bad infrastructure.
