Ratings and reviews

Very hard to register with this app. It's OCR system has the hardest time reading the card details. And even on the rare chance that it did, it failed to register in the end stating that the app is unable to register at the moment. EDIT: I did create a support ticket and yes the registration error did get fixed. But the issue with OCR still persists. It's inconsistent. Genuinely an alternative to OCR would be ideal. Increasing rating to 3, would review again after using the app for a while.

After an initial hiccup the remarkable support team led by Andrew sprung into action and within days the issues with registration related to info capture were fixed. The registration was a breeze and now I am looking forward to utilizing the app frequently

I recently used the Canoo app to visit the Royal Aviation Museum with my kids. It was a wonderful experience! The children loved it, especially the great play areas and the training aircraft. Highly recommend it for families.
