Works really well. I've even compared to manual checks and the app was off by about 2bpm. Burns my finger, though. And the reading can be a bit ustable unless you get your finger at just the right angle. I've found the best spot to be when you can feel the pulse in your finger the strongest when pressed against the camera. So slowly roll your finger side to side while putting some pressure on until you feel it the strongest, and try to remember the angle for future use.
Keep the pulse reading time at 25 seconds and you'll get yourself a very accurate reading. Thank you for this app. (Google Pixel) FYI: don't keep your finger on the light for too long. It will get rather warm!!
Lgv20 and higher or any phone with the lastest flash for camera...it will seriously burn your fingers. It really hurt. I couldnt even finish 12 secods of it. It worked...but at a painful expense. Probably great for cheaper or older phones.
Threw all my historical data away after a crash. Edit: after contacting the developer, he fixed the bug within a week! Thanks dude :) Back to 5 stars.
Way too touchy... Gives different readings that are way off from other apps and devices... Not good.
Good app with lots of potential. The history graphs don't work for me, they are flat and all look the same. The heart rate range from the calculator is not used for anything either.
Added new measurement mode
