Sleep has definitely improved I've been using their website for a while now and I always feel more rested when I set my alarm according to their suggested times than when I just do so based on my normal time. I especially love the "if I go to sleep now, what time should I get up" feature. That's the only thing I need from this app tbh. I have odd hours being a natural night owl and a college student, so I'm always calculating how much sleep can I get before my morning class. Now, I don't have to waste precious sleep doing that.
Very useful, simple to use, makes waking up easier I am a night owl, which usually means I'm a zombie in the morning. After using this app for a week, I can say that the cycles theory works great in practice - I wake up easier with a clearer head and can get through my morning routine efficiently. The app itself is straightforward and provides 3 different ways to help you manage your sleep time. Just make sure you go to sleep when you say you will!
Useful and aesthetically pleasing. This app is great. It seems to use an algorithm similar to sleepyti.me's, which is sworn upon by many, except it factors in the 14 minutes of sleep time which I believe is an improvement. An improvement I would like to see is for the hour to be selected first when setting the clock. The minute is selected by default after setting the clock at least once in the app, which causes the glitch. Also, PM is set by default which makes no sense, and there should be an alarm button for wake up time.
Pretty Great I use the website all the time its cool that someone made an app for it its much more convienent. *1 Bug* when on the 3rd option, to sleep now, you can press back and it will bring you to a "when will you go to bed" screen that doesnt work. I'm not sure if that screen was in there intentionally but if it were me I would get rid of it altogether. *1 suggestion* I dont like the next and back buttons I would like to just press the option and it go to the next screen
Split shifts, this changes everything! OK, incredible easy to use interface. Does what it says. I'm on a changes every 2-3 days schedule. This makes sure I wake up at my brightest, like, NO snooze needed. Crazy! Get your sleep in control. You will feel better for it. I don't use the alarms provided, just find the right time and set in my alarm app. Total game changer. THANK YOU!!!
Was the best but now...not so much. I used this app all the time. It's extremely useful. But now they have it loaded with ads. And they're the ones that load late so as soon as you start scrolling it forces you into the ad. And there are force pop up ads as well. A great useful app completely ruined by the worst kind of ads.
