Boarding pass disappears 5 minutes after scheduled boarding time (multi-flight itinerary, so only the second leg's pass is visible now for some reason). If I hadn't saved my passes to Google Wallet, would've needed to request a print at the gate. Another way seems to be to go through the check-in process again through the app to then load the pass in the browser - but if that's the only option, then why have an app at all. The app itself is good otherwise, notifications about gates are nice.

The app simply does not work. It doesn't matter whether I enter my Saga Club number or my email address, I get the same error message each time: "You haven't verified your account. Please check your email for a verification link." But then they never send the link. Checked spam folder. Nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing. Reached out to customer service multiple times on the glitch. Their responses were useless.

It's a good app overall, but it failed me in a very important aspect: My trip had a layover, so the app showed two boarding passes. Well, minutes before boarding for the first leg of the trip, the first boarding pass, you know, the one I needed right then and there DISAPPEARED from the app! This was before I could use it to board!! This happened to me twice, on my way to my destination, then back. Lucky for me, I had a screenshot, but what if I didn't? Not a good experience.
