Ratings and reviews

Can't place orders because the app doesn't recognise my address. I don't even want it to be delivered, i just want to get it from a pickup. They not only check the street but also the house number. And my house has been newly built a year ago. Contacted helpdesk 5 times to add my house to the list of adresses. One of them even said it takes 3 months... To add a simple housenumber to an existing street. Developers should: not ask for a specific adress if you want pickup.

Got logged out automatically, cannot log in anymore. "Log in" button doesn't work, clicking it after filling in my login does nothing. Tried reinstalling the app and clearing the app cache, neither worked. I have premium, and now I cannot get to my koopzegels nor my bonus box 👎

UX is overwhelming, simple things take a lot of clicks. Can't shop on 2 phones at the same time (either breaks completely or duplicates basket). Their promotions are often useless since everything is just sold out, they make you type in codes (despite the app having qr/bar scanner) and then if item is not available as you want to buy it you have to redo everything.
