The app works fine if you have products saved, but browsing products is cumbersome, and the search function is completely broken. It almost always returns 0 results, I think because it only matches on the exact name. So if I search "komkommer," for instance, it returns 0 results, even though there should be a lot, because I didn't type "AH Snoepgroente Komkommer" or something. If I search "kip," I get chicken eggs as my results and 0 actual chicken products, when I know there are dozens.

considering ah is a billion dollar company, i'm unpleasantly surprised how often the app is completely broken. currently, the app opens but none of the functions are available. what is the point of this? also not being able to add custom delivery notes for the drivers is ridiculous. you can tell when the company knows its app is bad, too, bc they assign someone to be a hawk here and copy/paste the same non-answer. lol.

It used to be okay. Glad it's also (mostly) available in English. However, adding items to the basket is such a pain. Cannot even find the simplest items, whether you search for it in Dutch or in English. It will show completely irrelevant products. Most of the times, I have to google the item and click the link to open via the app to add it to the list.
