I can only use the app to notify me of upcoming deliveries. Every time I want to order online in English, I have to uninstall it. Otherwise, it insists on opening the next page in the Jumbo app. This stops Google from translating for me. Obviously speaking, Dutch would be the best solution, but multiple burnouts have made this impossible. Yes, you've got my meaning 💯 Also you can't copy text from the app to paste into Google Translate. Not helpful 😒

Hi, that sounds inconvenient. To check if I understand correctly: do you use the website to order (because google can translate it) and the website always refers you to the app? I really like this app for making shopping lists. Some products, like fresh bakeries, are not included, but I can make almost all of my list here. This is being even more reason for me to shop here, instead of Lidl next door, even though Lidl can be sightly cheaper in some products. I would also appreciate some additional filtering options, like negative filters. For example, I want to hide only one variety, but I can only choose everything else. The filters being applied automatically is slow.

Cheaters, they advert a product to make you place an order, but they dont have that on stock, so you are forced to pay 50 euro to cancel order. They abuse and cheat. I ordered some stuff worth 30 euro, and added products for getting to 50 euros for free delivery, the day of delivery i got mail saying the 30 euro items are not available, but i am forced to pay for the rest otherwise "there will be consequences". Customer service closed phone call out of nowhere and she was like "deal with it"
