Ratings and reviews

Bad UX design imo. 99% of the time I open the app to scan the extras bar code. Mobile Internet connection in Jumbo stores is usually terrible due to all the metal shelf systems. The extra's bar code isn't cached (so internet is required) and it's burried under a button. It usually takes minutes to even be able to scan the code. Why not cache it and show it on the splash screen and/or first page? Instead I had to make a screenshot to easily scan it from there, but way I won't be opening your app.

Struggles to load if there is no internet connection. Making it useless it certain jumbos where there is no signal. Also useless to get specials 'for you' if you normal store has none of those items The feedback button in the app doesn't even work. Go rewrite it in a native language please

App (and website) is frequently not working. How is this possible for such a big supermarket? Unbelievable. EDIT: App issue seems VPN related. strange, as other supermarket apps don't experience this issue. Also, this doesn't explain why the website was visually broken (probably CDN related).
