Ratings and reviews

1. ICICI Bank's app features are outdated compared to its competitors. 2. The app runs very slowly. 3. Although iSafe is a good idea, it's not easy to use. It should let us see OTPs directly in the app. Right now, if we want to use OTPs for online shopping or payments on other websites, we have to stop using iSafe and go back to getting OTPs the old way, which is a hassle.

Super slow and has a lot of glitches. Parhetic app. I am going to switch bank account just because of such useless app, it creates more friction rather than decreasing it. Simple task such as login, balance transfer takes a ton of my time. Not recommended. Get another bank account other than icici as this is their sole business app and is super useless.

Very slow app. Sometimes it keeps processing and no feature works. You need to restart the app and some features don't work sometimes. And there's always scheduled maintenance activity going on from around a year so some features can not be accessed. Very poor experience.
