Extremely poorly configured App. Very erratic behavior. Is a potential Security risk. Tried conveying this to different hierarchy of the Bank up to MD Ms. Chanda Kochar . No relief nor any acknowledgement. SBI OTP app is so superior, comprehensive. ICICI Bank evidently outsources such Security apps. They deliver a poor product, walk away with no internal competence to fix it. In the era of Digital, such apps are terrors for customers, Avoid it .... Wish I could give a negative rating
OTP never works! ''An app to generate OTP so when you travel, and do not have access to sms to receive OTP''. The concept sounds great. Except it is only a concept! Just doesn't work. Every time i generate an otp, and use it to make online payment in the Mastercard gateway, i get a message saying wrong otp or invalid credentials. Just a waste of time! And absolutely no way to make payments when travelling abroad. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I'm switching to Axis where they have a concept that actually works!
Good except for Confirming a Payee I have added a payee but I cannot confirm it because the infinity website says that the OTP is incorrect. The funniest part is that I cannot deactivate i-safe. I think one needs to wait for some time before trying to use this to confirm a payee. If so, that should be stated in the message. For other transactions, this app is good.
On time with quality Superb experience. New update is smooth as well. Now when will we have app for windows phone ? Those who are unable to use app, ensure its activated from ebanking. Follow the simple set of actions, and you're done.
Hate this app This app really sucks! It stops working after couple of weeks and if you contact customer service, they will ask you to do the registration process from beginning and you need the link sent to your registered mobile number to complete this. If I need my registered mobile number every other week to repeat this process, I can very well use the normal OTP then why the hell I need this app as it is unnecessarily wasting my time and mobile memory. They never seem to listen customer concerns...
Extremely Pathetic Activation is a headache in itself. Once through that the app starts generating alphanumeric passcodes so cant use them in imobile transactions. And then out of blue (probably after an update) the app is asking for activation url again. Deactivate i-safe never works, keeps regretting the inconvenience caused. And now am totally lost as am unable to do online transaction.
