Ratings and reviews

All of a sudden, the demat annual charges deducted for the last 7 years without any prior notifications, it's a cheating, also there was no response from the respective team! and the Expense ratio is highly charged for all the funds compared to other demat accounts, most importantly you would only see regular growth option to invest and direct option is not visible at all, so i wont recommend to use..

It is a buggy android app. Unable to buy Mutual Fund via SIP or Lumpsum mode. I connected with customer care, too, but they asked to use web application instead. While placing order it is showing two options , Allocate fund or Bank Mandate( for SIP) and UPI (for lumpsum) , but when I select the option allocate funds , unable to proceed after that. I re-install the app too.

i am getting a pop-up to do re kyc, even though i updated weeks ago and even had confirmation from the bank. this pop-up makes it irritating to use as the re kyc pop-up redirect it to digi locker and goes nowhere and these whole steps make exhausting to use. please help to solve this.
