Ratings and reviews

It's a good app for investing, But definitely not for trading. Very difficult to manage the position. Very difficult even to get to an opportunity before it slips out. chart rarely gets updated in real-time and you never know when the actual price crashed while looking at the stuck charts. Most of the time it crashes or gets stuck for few seconds in the middle of the trade and then it requires a fresh login to get back to check the fate of the position. It wasn't this bad atleast 6 months befor

it keeps on crashing since last 2 days. Also, F&O tabs in stocks and index disappear and reappear randomly. I tried to clear the cache, updated the app, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone but still the issue persists. No app update from the technical team. I called customer care and they said there is an issue with the app but you can execute FO on the website. While your team knows that there is an issue then why not fixing it by update.

Updating my review once again after the recent application update. Finally the concerns which I raised 6 months back are now resolved. The application is now smooth and seamless, transactions and option chain is loading seamlessly and there are no crashes. Application notifications are also now in order. Thanks team for finally addressing all concerns.
