Ratings and reviews

Does not work seamlessly, keeping buffering every time you open? dont you have a proactive alarm? UAT done on rush? being HNI, needs to churn out due to your poor system and support. The usual call will be to check your wifi, data etc without an actual issue in the IT system. look at the reply, unless SM and IT Head is integrated no feedback goes to ID. Just std template messages for sake of it, no business intent.

I am using it since I have saving a/c too from 2009. AMC is high, brokerage is too high, instead no proper app. The chart is not showing the correct figure. I always need to manually refresh in the add list to get the updated price. don't why ICICI is so behind from all this technology.

Most remarkable Demat App, simply outstanding giving the user complete details of trades and flexibility like none other, whether be it the trade history , or margin details, charges incurred, or flexibility to handle positions separately .. whatever u ask for, is there for u, though a small tweak to the home page can b very helpful. However, 1 thing is irritating, Savings-Acc gets badly cluttered with the charges incurred, wish ICIC could give a separate weekly or fortnightly bill for charges
