Does this even deserve to be called an App Guys....i wouldn't even rate this with one star. Just 5 minutes into the app, I felt like uninstalling it. To know how a trading app should look like, use your competitions app and you will see. Pls redesign the app and use some basic IT skills like single sign on to enable access to different features.
Slowness, not a user friendly, hell lot of bugs in the app. Bloody slowness in the navigation, latest upgradation mess up everything, it's not user friendly. how come this app passed QC , did u guys did the proper testing, frustrated with this app after upgrading. Older version was pretty much good. I need to find out how to uninstall the patch.
3rd Rate Amateurish App! App does not load at all frequently! Or takes ages to load! Freezes/hangs frequently & displays a blank page! BONDS PORTFOLIO not displayed! TRADE BOOK page too does not display at all despite using filters option. Equity options are not displayed logically for faster/convenient access! Stops functioning after couple of minutes just like their problematic website! Shameful negligence & the usual casual attitude of ICICI evident! Deserves ZERO & NEGATIVE ratings for this joke of an App !
NOT AN APP....PROOF OF ICICI INCOMPETENCE What the hell is wrong with u guys....ran out of money or something!! If u can't develop a better app atleast don't destroy one...bring back the old app immediately. ...and i think even 1 star is too much for this stupidity and unprofessionalism....uninstalled it
A suggestion The app is working fine. The login button at top create confusion. Once I click the login button,, a new screen appears with login button at bottom. The bottom button remains hidden under keypad while the upper button also remain visible and active. The top button should either be dimmed or deactivated, because the user click the visible top button again after filling the user name password etc resulting the login screen refreshing again and again.
Lots of problem with icici direct. Very slow performance. Previous application was good. Again updation is required. Do fast. Customercare No also not communicating. Give facility to speak directly customer care when in problem from application. Please give reason to why customercare care No is not tool free? Other service provider are giving tool free. You are taking brokrage charge. If we face any problem then again hug pay through speak through service provider. Please justify the same.
