Ratings and reviews

Zero issues with the app. Tip for other users: When searching for your organization, type it in with no spaces. Mine, for instance was gymnastics so I had to type it in as socogymnastics and it popped right up. A little odd, yes, but it even gives you an example of how to enter the organization you're searching for. Everything works flawlessly and I was able to make a payment without a hitch.

Not really useful anymore. I used to report future absences for upcoming children swimming lessons. And I used to see how many make-up swimming lessons my children had so that I could book them in. None of those features are available now. Also, the filters to see the appropriate swim classes rarely works... not that you can do anything if you find it anyway. Almost completely useless now - just good to see the billing on the accounts page.

They pushed out an update right before reenrollments were due which caused it to not start any more and meant I couldn't pay before the deadline. We have now lost our time slot and my son will no longer be able to go swimming at that centre, so I have to look for new swimming lessons. The app is incredibly slow to start and there's always a long queue of people waiting to get through the turnstiles each week. The features you want to use are hidden behind countless menu options. Frustrating!
