It's a good app for checking what foods to avoid if you have IC. I wish there was a way to add in personal notes to each page. Everyone reacts differently to foods and it can be hard to remember what foods or brands are ok or not. If I could record my personal notes in the app, it would make the app exponentially more useful

Very useful for finding IC friendly foods and knowing what foods to avoid. HOWEVER- This app is fatphobic and diet-y as well. Instead of sticking to the facts regarding IC, it gives opinions on foods being "junk" or "fattening". The IC network site itself talks about "obesity". I don't want food choice judgements, I just want my bladder not to flare. Hard to overlook the wellness culture jibber jabber.

I like the app and don't mind giving $2 for research. I do wish you could search things and also somehow check things that are good or bad. But overall a nice start!
