1. Easy electricity payment from the App
To make it easier to buy tokens and pay bills, PLN Mobile provides direct payment features using bank Virtual Accounts, digital wallets or credit card services. In addition, PLN Mobile provides cheaper, exclusive tokens.
2. Independent Meter Record Reporting (SwaCAM)
PLN Mobile provides its own metering feature to make it easier to calculate your bill. No more need to interact and wait for officers!
3. Complaints
PLN Mobile provides a complaint feature that is equipped with the Auto Dispatch feature, making it easier to forward and monitor reports directly to the nearest available technical officer (valid in several locations). In addition, this application can provide notifications regarding blackouts around your location or home, including when the electricity is back on.

Very disappointed. Everytime calling their hotline to report outage, always been asked to go through this apps. However the ticket never been updated in real time. They didn't take the outage report seriously, fast response from cs only was 3 hours and more (usually when your phone almost out of battery) . not yet with action from the technician which usually another hours or so.

Dogshit app, a lot of features doesn't even work, it's just there as a show that serve no purpose, can't even check if there's an electricity problems near my neighborhood, hell even the most basic common sense about notification about electricity issue is not there.... A lot of these government apps never work properly, always just a halfbaked apps

Hai Sir, we're understand your disappointment. To get notifications about power outages, please make sure you've entered the correct Electricity Number in PLN Mobile & ensure you're at the location when entering the number. Also make sure the internet connection is stable. If you still have problems, report it through the "Pengaduan" feature. -AL

seem the server in not configured for large connection, it's down during the year-end holiday...EV cannot be charged in SPKLU during the servers down period. Very useful when we use this application during normal period. The IT guys must prepared for large connections, in March there's mudik period, hopefully the servers will be upgraded ASAP.
