12x41= 492, this is how many times i had to change the months in the calender to pick my birth date to make a registration, after that i was told that i'm already registered (this was more than 10 years ago on ebanking) ... Ok... Trying to log in using (i forgot my password) option the app transfer Ed me to registration page and frankly i don't want to swap months 492 times again. I don't know what the genius who designed this app was thinking.

When forgetting the password, the restoration is easy, but to treat the client as a new user and to seek filling all forms that were filled long time when the account was opened is totally nonsense. Your extra security measures leave client with frustration and anger. CBJ should look into this and intervene to stop these time consuming paper work, otherwise our banking system will never develope. Recommend new applicants to deal with foreign or regional banks instead.

Worst experience ever, complexity level 10000 to login, I spend full day to figure how to login, and it gives me that I'm already logged in while I'm not, then tried to open it from another phone and did not work also, fix it please or remove the app from the store is better
