West Zone Prepaid application is developed by ICT section, WZPDCL for ensuring better services to prepaid consumers.
In the several time, the prepaid consumers face many problems after recharge. They can’t get their correct sequence number and token number as well as they have no recharge history. To get missing sequence number and token number, a consumer call on our call center or go to their Sales and Distribution/Electric Supply office. The call center is always busy to receive many phone calls. The consumers can reach our call center people after many attempts. Beside this, the consumers visit office physically which is time consuming and boring.
For solving these issues, WZPDCL has launched West Zone Prepaid application. By using this android application, a consumer can get
i. Account information such as basic and additional information.
ii. His/her office information including feeder name, office name, office address.
iii. Last eight recharge history including each recharge details along with sequence number and token number.
iv. Last fifteen token numbers orderly.
We have to mention that, we provide recharge history with sequence and token numbers to consumer in an application for the first time among all the distribution organizations in Bangladesh.
