I never used to have a problem with this app. Not sure if it was updated recently or what but the app will not connect at all and won't even sign in. I even tried deleting and reinstalling a few times to see if that could be an issue and it wasn't. Please fix the issue! It's really annoying to have to go to my computer to check for open screenings and such. The app was so much easier! Thanks!
Connecting I came to the app reviews to see if I was the only user having connection issues. Clearly, that's not the case. I'll continue to use my email for screening alerts and wait for an update to the app :)
I just opened an account to get free passes for Home Again opening in my city on 9/8. I used the code given in the Sunday nrwspaper, but I keep getting a message that the code is invalid. When I tried to contact gofobo, I keep getting referred to faq. None of those "questions" address my problem. Now let's see if I get any kind of response. My email is on the gofobo webpage.
This app is the worst app I've ever installed. It's as though the app was made by people who have no idea how to program or use a computer. Not only that, it doesn't even work. This wouldn't even pass as a school project.
Doesn't work! Every few months I download the app to see if it's been fixed. Still nothing!! A lot more people would use it, if it worked. Don't have something out there and not maintain it!
Never a problem but now its another story When I first started using this app it was great. Even got tickets. Now all its says is connected, refreshing on my screen, and nothing never comes up. Not even comes up when I log into my account. This needs to be fixed because I miss getting my tickets
