Great when it works I had only used it for hotels. BECAREFULL WITH HIDEN FEES!!! The hotel may be cheap but at the time of check out they charged an extreme amount of taxes and fees that the actual hotel doesn't charge. Also GOOD LUCK NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"" trying to get some for a refund or issue never can't get no one even by email or by calling them on the phone. Like I say just be very carefull on checking all the fees at check out. But yes sometimes you can find deals.

*EDIT* Uninstalled it for overnight and reinstalled it the next day. It seems to be working fine and like normal again. Annoying and a little of an inconvenience, but so far so good. Hope this helps. Been using for years perfectly, it makes you update, I allowed it to update, now it doesnt work at all, says you need to update it everytime you try to log in and wont let you use the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. Please fix, need for work. Should not have to email. Thank you

Great when it works, horrible when it doesn't. Zero customer service if you book a hotel with them. No option to get a live person as phone disconnect after 10 minutes automatically (they don't ever answer). Email support isn't good either. The hotel I reserved with them had no AC. Hotel released me with no penalty but over a week and Id90 support still hasn't been able to fix the situation on their end. Use another travel agency.
