MBML is a specifically designed app for IDBI Bank staff to generate leads of business potential and to help them manage sales on the go. The App simplifies the lead management process for all Employees with easy lead creation, assignment, notifications and lead conversion. It has automated features that facilitates seamless lead flow from Customer touch Points to respective Branch Heads/Relationship Managers. Leads can be logged, tracked, contacted and status can be updated in the MBML app based on the Customer response. The App also facilitates marking of a lead status as Reschedule, In progress, Closure and add follow-up tasks as required. The MBML app lead details will be stored in the desktop lead tracker system for tracking and MIS. All Employees are required to download the app and add all the new business leads received through various Customer touch points into the Mobile App-MBML.
