Awesome app. Shows our prepaid talktime and data balances and plan validities. It also shows available prepaid recharges including the recharges exclusive to our SIM. Only down side is that it doesn't show sufficient details about the various recharges. For this we have to either call customer care or rely on other apps like ireff for recharge details to decide which recharge to go for. Please improve the app to include such details about the recharges. Also include customer care numbers on the app itself so that we can call the number directly from the app itself
Very nice service indeed. Far better from Jio, BSNL, Reliance, Vodafone and the call rates are also reasonable and data speeds on 3G is excellent 14 mbps download and 5.8 mbps upload on avergae. Now a complaint on 4G speeds is that 4G speeds are average in kolkata about 17 mbps download and 8.3 mbps upload. From my opinion, !dea deserves 85/100 from me.
Most irritating and idiot telecom operator. Showing validity of account till 8 May 17 of a number which monthly recharge average is more than Rs.500/- When you call to a person, 1st these useless will compel you to listen their stupid ivr bakwaas. Is TRAI listening these type of ATYACHAR on customers or to file file PIL against these ethicsless
Greedy organization. Keeps activating VAS automatically and deducting money. Also intentionally removed complaint button from app so user must have to wait on call to raise it. And when we got connected to executive, they said system not updated yet for deduction summary, call after 24 hours... 😡
Very worst services... I had port in idea 2 months ago... But very much disappointed with the services.. they are not as per their commitments which they had done during the port... Customer care executives are not listening anything although they are talking in very much improper way... I am fully unsatisfied with the services... And I will port soon. I will give zero starts if the will be available..
