This is very simple to use and there are several options for background sound effects. I used rain and chimes together and I immediately relaxed and fell asleep! I wish there were more choices for reminder sounds but at least there are a few that I like. These sounds could be used for walking or sitting meditation or just resting in bed. Also the background sounds are very realistic and I love the sound of rain which is why I probably fell asleep right away. Connect to a Bluetooth speaker.

This is a good app except for one thing. The timer does not work correctly! The first couple of times I set the timer it worked just fine. However, now if I set the timer for five, ten minutes... It goes off twenty minutes later! Please fix! I would love to rate this app five stars, but until it works the way it is supposed to I cannot do that. Please understand.

basic meditation app, great if you want meditate with timer in silent or some background sound. it is very basic, easy to use and you can start meditate immediately, no difficult set up
