About this app

This mHealth application intent is to provide and empower mobile regular users and health professionals with the tool with which they can estimate their or others visual acuity, based on a classical Snellen Chart Test. This App is innovative because it transforms an old style poster test design in a new, modern, intuitive, ubiquitous test. One App with a simple user interface, and an intuitive navigation chart using swipe gestures to navigate from optotype to optotype, and with the capability to adapt the Snellen Chart Test to different screen sizes, screen resolutions and user distances.

Excellent app. As a domiciliary optometrist a lot of my patients have dementia. I love the Sloan letters and the fact that I can have it as single letters. Some patients cannot cope with a full line of letters. I think this app is perfect. The only thing I would love for you to add is an option to test near vision from N5 to N60 then this would truly be the most perfect domiciliary app :)

Thanks for your review and suggestion. I will try to add near vision tests as well, but I am trying to figure out how can I integrate that with the current one's available. If you have some science reviews about near acuity testing procedures please email me.

Great app, much better than any others, but a few issues: * would appreciate diopters measurements * voice control is not comfortable, especially if English is not your native. Couldn't pronounce "down" correctly even a single time. Perhaps some control over wireless head phones could help? * some instructions would benefit some users Thanks for the app!

When I try to set the distance to 1 feet it automatically rolls back to 19 feet. I finally found there should be an OK button on the lower right corner I cannot see on my screen but it is there. And when I press in that place even though there's nothing there, the 1 feet distance stays in place. I don't know why I cannot see this phantom OK button, maybe its the dark mode?

Unfortunately, that's not an option. The current version will get better, despite unclear why you find it awful, can you elaborate on your experience? Since all the previous features remain available, some are even more accessible on the top bar.
