Was great, until ads dragged it down Pocket will always be great for saving content to read later. I was even fine with the advanced features being behind a pay wall. But the addition of ads to the free version is a low blow. Nothing makes me want to jump ship more than the addition of negative reinforcement. Looks like I'll be saving to OneNote more more.
Great if you don't mind losing your place I tend to use pocket to read longer web pages, and it does work better than just leaving the page open on my browser. The annoying thing is that it returns me back to the main screen every time i leave the app - even if I am off the app less than 5 seconds. And when it does that, there is no way to guarantee opening the page will actually return me to where i was when i exited the app.
Good times This app keeps putting weird things like gummy worms in my pockets. Every time I get home I gotta pull all the weird items out of my pants before taking them off.
Love This Love the Articles this offers. The recommendation section is so good. I never enjoyed reading Articles so much before this app and their website. Not to mention their awesome extention on Chrome that lets you save Articles they dont show for later. Ahhh Love it! 😊
Problem with external storage I changed storage location from internal to sdcard. But since then my articles won't sync. It says it can't download the articles. If I changed storage to internal then everything works fine. Please solve this problem.
New ads are atrocious Pocket has always been an excellent app. Great design, highly useful. But the new ads are large, intrusive, and ugly. A subscription service just to remove the ads? Ugly and greedy, guys. A one-time purchase to remove the ads would be fine. This is not.
