This enables customers to perform daily operations from their home instead of going to service centers, where company needs many cost ineffective employees. Also, it avoids the costly and time-consuming process of manual documentation required for submission and verification.

Very easy to use the app. Have good instructions. I would suggest that the instructions don't be changed to a darker color like black to make it easier to read!

Took picture of id, then wanted picture of my face but kept asking me to move closer resulting in blurry picture with camera inches from my face. Seemed happy with that but later came back saying verification had failed. No further instructions what to do next. I could not try again, and opening the app now just asks for code from whoever wants the verification, won't accept the code I already have. No way in the app of contacting the people for help.

This app is useless even if we upload the valid data and valid image it shows no data. I think the android team forgot to work on android 11 and android 12 devices. Worst service ever. Kindly please shut down the app and try any alternative works.. due to this poor service wasted 1 day time. If you don't had that much of perfection abilities don't work with top companies. It's wasting time.
