App is nice but that's where it ends. Had my identity stolen and proceeded to call them and report. I spoke with someone, sort story, they said they would get back with me and never did. With matters like this, it needs to be Handled quickly. Luckily I have a separate service from my work that monitors my credit and it was all handled within an hour of me calling them. Identisafe is nice app, nothing more.

Immediately went to sign in screen. I had not even set a password. I tried to have a reset sent to my email and it wouldn't send anything to even get signed up. Totally useless. Unless of course there is some magic way to sign up for the service.

Great app and trustworthy, too.
