Ratings and reviews

Check deposit doesn't always work, although pic is taken under identical circumstances. Chatbot is completely useless. Also, app prevents copying text typed in chatbox. App has a lot of room for improvement! Update: was advised by email that I was unreachable. If problem persists I need to submit a new claim. So it's not just the app that's problematic... Customer service is unresponsive as well. That's what I get in return for being a loyal customer for over three decades...

The app is pretty slow with the occasional popup commercial trying to push you to take a loan. Besides that it's OK. I like the feature that gives you information about unusual expenses and the quick review of funds in your account option without the need to log in is great. A suggestion for improvement, adding a login option with sms authentication.

A mediocre app that needs improvement. Communication with the banker is cumbersome and inconvenient. There is no option to view credit card details (Smart View doesn’t work either, for months). It’s not possible to customize what is displayed on the main screens and the thin font is difficult to read. A lot of work needed.
