I have had this app for over a year and just started using it consistently. I struggle with many lies surrounding eating and have found it very helpful in changing the way I see food. I have to be vigilant though as whenever I think I am all "fixed" I find myself slipping back in to old habits and need to run back to this and my Lord. There are no easy fixes.

The idea behind this app of 'renewing your mind' when considering food is slowly working for me. It might be a slow process but I figure it is correcting 35+ years of thoughts. The app is simple to use and I would recommend it to anyone. As a bonus it also deals with other thought processes such as dealing with stress etc. So doesn't have to be just a weight loss solution.

So far this app has been really helpful in helping me think through the emotions and reasons why I overeat. For me it's not just a problem of the will, it's a spiritual problem and this app helps me deal with that aspect for a more holistic approach to weight loss and lifestyle change. Coupled with a calorie tracker app it has helped me want to change my eating habits.
