My money is stuck, no utility postpaid bill pay option, sent a mail but no reply yet. Called customer care, they did not solve my problem. I don't know where to lodge complaint
Becoming worst app. Always creating problem during add money. Amount debited from card. Not showing in ziggit. Keep on emailing and voice calling. No seperate contact number for ziggit customer care. Now a days using IDFC Bank customer care number for ziggit. Taking more than 10 to 15 days to refund. How one can use this ziggit wallet? It creates headache. Customers are depressed. Ziggit authorities must take immediate steps to resolve this types of issue. Technical issue not occurred every times. Please update the systems.
Now a day adding money to ziggit wallet is difficult. Amount is getting debited from card account but not getting credited in ziggit wallet. Continuously happening. Informed to customer care representative. Customer care representative response is not so prompt. Please update your systems to avoid such type of problems.
It is freaking that no proper customer care support money stuck over thr and can't able to communicate and retrieve money fake promises . Very bad response
