​I am writing this out of sheer frustration with IDFC Bank’s service. Despite consistently maintaining the required Monthly Balance in my savings account, I am repeatedly being hit with 'non-maintenance' charges. ​It is incredibly unprofessional and deceptive to see these amounts being deducted from my hard-earned money without any valid reason. I have verified my account details and balances multiple times, and yet, the panelty deducted. My genuine suggestion is stay away from this bank.

i don't know how this bank could manage this 4.9 rating maybe it's paid,I have faced various issues with this bank even in the past but I ignored but can't now,their bloody transaction monitoring team can anytime freeze your account stating 'suspicious activity has been seen' and they would do especially when you have good amount of money in your account,they will decline your credit card transaction and block right away,they won't allow you to login to your net and mobile banking,so be careful

broken app and website. i was trying to apply for idfc first wow credit card in the app and then it showed me an error without a msg. then i had to call customer support multiple times after which it started showing me Hello card instead of what i wanted. emailed them yet aren't able to fix this issue in a go. credit card application status check has a age limit of 20yo even though card starts from 18yo. No consistency. so many inconveniences just to apply for a simple card!
