I accepted a trial subscription for this app, I tried to cancel & thought I succeeded. Unfortunately cancellation did not go thru. They took their payment in February & are trying to take another payment from my card for March. I've gone thru everything in/on my account to find out how to cancel, when you click on how to cancel it just tells you why you should NOT cancel. I want it cancelled NOW. I do not want to pay another $29.99 for something I have/will not use! Somebody please help!!

the customer service number doesn't seem to work and I am unable to cancel my subscription. very poor service and seems to be a scam. I don't recommend this app at all. no answer on the phone number and menu options do not work

A finance company named Toro asked me to do the membership to to look at my credit for a loan so now the app doesn't open when I click on my link in my email y'all don't have a secured site so I'm going to try to figure out how to cancel my membership or call my bank to block you cuz it doesn't seem to be a legitimate site on my Play Store. AGAIN, the app never opens on Play Store
