IDP is really useless. I haven't received my TRF yet and they don't provide any tracking ID for their post. TRF is also not available online. it's really frustrating and I will not book ielts with IDP in future. Their customer service is very poor and not replying on time. it's really frustrating.

My experience is not exactly as I expected. Paid for exams with this IDP, only for them to cancel the venue in my state without any prior notice. when I reached out to them, I was told, it was a mistake. I was assured that my money will be refunded, given some forms to fill then asked to wait for 31 working days only to meet the complacency on the part of their management team. more than 2 months now , no communication of assurance any more. was only told, that they have so much refund to treat
